    1. Reese Reed has written a wonderful debut novel that is at once a one-sit read and a book that will follow you around for days after finishing it. There are many strengths to this novel; one is the voice Reed uses. Her diction is very familiar and makes us feel as if we know her main character from the first page. Another main strength of this book is the characterization. The heroine is someone with all the same problems and insecurities faced by all women. She is a woman, overwhelmed with mothe [...]

    2. Reese Reed does a great job of helping the reader understand the feelings mothers experience. Great, fun, quick read.

    3. I am excited to say that this is one book that kept me laughing from beginning to end. It often seems that the life of a stay-at-home mom is rather trivial, but Reese Reed lets you know what being a mom is really about. Reed does not attempt to cover up the less than glamorous sides of motherhood, in fact for any mother-to-be Childproofed could be considered a necessary expose of motherhood. However, in between the diaper changes, sleepless nights and bodily changes that come with motherhood, Re [...]

    4. This book was a quick and easy read as it's mostly comprised of dialogue. If you're looking for stellar writing or unpredictability, this book isn't for you. Although this book has potential, it was a very predictable read. It's like Cool-Whip, low on taste and nutritional value; okay while you're eating it, but barely remembered once you swallow your last bite. I think this book would be perfect for non-readers looking for a beach read or chicklit-type fiction, too titillating for YA readers, t [...]

    5. This author shows promise but over all the story was rushed. It could have been better, with some history of the characters and plot development. Good start however, and cute short story. The end was predictable, but still a good ending.

    6. 3.5 stars - a super quick read : sweet love story-- more description would have been helpful to place into the scenes better - felt rushed
