    2. This is a something and nothing novel. It's an easy read: I whipped through its 230 odd pages in about four hours, but the end is anti-climatic. The only antagonist is really the effect of the protagonist's own actions. The love interest is a sketchy construction. I didn't feel inclined to give up on it as a novel, but I didn't feel very rewarded for reading it either. *shrugs*
