    2. A delightful story. Judith Nelson's "Kidnap Confusion" is more farce than romance, but it is at least a very well done farce. The book is laugh out loud witty from start to finish, with a lively cast of characters and all manner of goings on. The romance that is there is sweet, with the hero very quickly starting to pursue and court the heroine in earnest. There's no misunderstandings or drama or prolonged separations. Rather, the story is a lighthearted tale that prioritizes an intelligent sort [...]

    3. This book tries a little too hard to be funny effectively burying its potential in non-stop jokes and attempt at being witty.
