    1. No strings is the perfect small town romance. The book was light with a sweet storyline and would be perfect for lounging by the beach on holiday.Reese is an interim sheriff in the small town of Lake City. She’s been placed there for a year as punishment for sleeping with the majors wife in her last job. In Lake City, she meets Morgan who is the forest ranger and loved by the whole town. Knowing Reese is leaving in a year, they decide that they can have a ‘No Strings’ relationship for the [...]

    2. Loved this book. It's probably not going to change the world but a good story that ended well. I need my books to end well. There's enough realism in my life. ;-)

    3. Weirdly, and I really don't know why, that book didn't inspire me when I picked it from my shelf, the blurb or the title, no idea really. Then I started reading and without realizing it was already the middle of the book, and then only a few pages left And then it was over and obviously a great read. It's Gerri Hill. You get hooked so easily by her characters, the settings and the story. Once again a great story from one of the greatest authors out there.

    4. 4.5ishPredictable but it was nice to see how Morgan and Reese started. Their childish banter amd teasing was really cute. I especially liked the part where Reese needed Morgan's name for the Accident report.

    5. Gerri Hill is one of my favorite Lesbian writers. This is a great book for readers of lesbian romance.

    6. F/F romanceI've read most of Gerri Hill's books, and on some levels, this is one of her best stories. I've enjoyed glimpses of her humor elsewhere, but what I found here was very often genuinely funny. It's definitely a drama. But the humor tied in between these two leads and the quirkiness of small town life was hilarious. All the characters here were alive. Also genuine was the very emotional and sexy intimacy that developed between these two leads. Physically, they aren't my favorite of all G [...]

    7. Wow I needed this. One of the sweetest by Gerri Hill! Even though I get pretty tired of the usual setting in American small towns with the usual sheriff/deputy/ranger characters, I have to say the love story gave me enough butterflies that I didn't mind much about anything else. It's obviously a predictable feel-good story, so if you're in the mood for sheer romance, then you should absolutely read it. The pace of the story is believable and both women are incredibly endearing. The end is particu [...]

    8. This is a nice, quick read by Hill. The story revolves around a 'no strings' arrangement between the two single lesbians in a very small town. Both characters are fun, but Hill doesn't delve very far under the surface in fleshing them out. The book is also pretty uneven, in that it follows a year in the timespan but over half the book is devoted to the meeting of the characters and the setup of the arrangement, which covers only two months of the story. This leads to the rest of the book feeling [...]

    9. Sometimes I think I'm a glutton for punishment. Even though I didn't much care for Gerri Hill's latest novels I picked this up without knowing anything about it.And to my surprise, it really hit the spot. Pretty standard-fare lesfic romance, but with likeable characters, including the secondary ones, settings and scenery and plot.A few hours well spent. Even though I doubt it'll be a keeper that I'll reread a lot in the course of time (which I do with books I really like), it's definitively an i [...]

    10. I really loved this book. I read Snow Falls earlier year and when I learned there was a follow up book with Reese and Morgan's backstory I had to read it. I had no idea it would suck me in like it did. I started it last night and as soon as I opened my eyes this morning I had to finish it. I loved the chemistry between them. It's amazing how invested you can get with these characters. Loved it. Then once I was done I had to skim back through Snow Falls to catch their moments In that one. Happy k [...]

    11. **Reread this one today. I can tell I'm in a romance sort of mood because I loved the story today. I'm not adjusting my rating but today, it probably would have been a 5. I'm just in that sort of mood.**My review is posted at reviews.c-spot/archives/60. I think I'd give it 3 1/2 but since I can't I'm rounding up.

    12. This is another sweet book by Gerri. Who wouldn't want to have a no-strings-attached lover who has a cabin in the woods. It's a good story and the ending is just too sweet. I read this years ago and it's stuck with me.

    13. I've bought this book after reading snow fall. I've loved Morgan and Reese in snow fall and felt it would be nice to see how they started. I like this book, and all the humour and banter between Morgan and Reese. It makes the story so enjoyable to read and so realistic.

    14. 3.5An easy, inoffensive read. Nothing unexpected really happens but the leads are likeable enough and it will leave you with a satisfied sigh. It's formula lesfic romance but I'm not going to complaint about formula done well.

    15. Great as always by gerri Great as always by gerri hill. She never disappoints. I wonder of there are more books about Reese and Morgan?

    16. Really good book, however, I dislike that it is written in the third-person. Don't read it unless you are into lesbians.

    17. It's the second time that I read this book and I enjoy it everytime. I love a true lesbian romance. There aren't enough out there! Anyone know of anymore good lesbian romances?

    18. Very enjoyable even if it was a little bit predictable. As usual with Gerri Hill's books, the characters were very likeable and relatable. I would love to have another half star to award here.

    19. I really enjoyed reading this book. I read the entire book in a day, the characters were interesting and it was fast paced. This book was probably one of my favorite Gerri Hill novels.
