    1. My daughter loved this book but as a parent I found it hard to read because of the way it was narrated. I just found the wording a little like tripping over something you can't exactly see.

Mommy's review from 5/10/11 - I'm only giving this 5 stars because it's Julia's book so it's her call (and eventually it'll be moved over to her own account anyway, when I get around to making her one.) I'd personally give it 3 stars and this is notable because this is the only non-5 star Scooby book I've read so far. (I think it's safe to assume I'm being lenient.) First, I like the way the book is narrated to the reader or child. I haven't found many like this and they really do engage the kid [...]

    3. This is a fun, fast read in the Scooby-Doo! and You Collect the Clues Mystery series. We weren't as familiar with the author, but the illustrations are by Duendes del Sur and are just as good as we've come to expect. We'd never read any of the books in this particular series, but we love all things Scooby-Doo and we've read many, many books featuring Scooby and the gang. Our girls have totally grown out of these books, but it was good for nostalgia and our youngest and I read it in just a few mi [...]

    4. I am a little old to be reading these books, but Scooby Doo is a classic, and I like solving mysteries to! These are enjoyable mini books!
