    1. A cute little P&P variationThis is the first book I have read by Ms Floyd, and I bought that it was simple with very little angst. There are small things about the book that just need to be tweaked in my opinion. Though for Ms Floyd's sophomore P&P variation story, it was well done. Some of the minor flaws that stayed with me are as follows: the flow seemed a bit jilted at times, the story was told in 2 POVs (Elizabeth's and Darcy's) and at times I took me a few paragraphs to figure out [...]

    2. No Promise of the Kind: A Pride and Prejudice VariationEnjoyable story. Elizabeth prolonged answering Mr. Collins when he asked her to marry him. A long wait was what she was hoping for and she got the time she needed from Collins. Many things happened during that time. After Jane and Charles married, Elizabeth goes to live at Netherfield and it was during this time that everything happened to set all our characters on the right course. Unfortunately wicked Wickham had to be dealt with twice mor [...]

    3. Ok so this book to me seems like it was rushed and while it's good to read once you probably won't read it again. So glad I borrowed this book from a friend and didn't buy it. It's not worth the $5.

    4. I'm upping my insulin shot tonightThis was so sweet I couldn't finish it . It was absolutely cloying . There was so little conflict it wasn't any fun to read.

    5. Disappointing. So, it's clear to everyone that Lizzy and Darcy love each other - yet, they can't marry? Seriously? Such a waste of paper and time to read.

    6. I loved this book! Not my usual genre, but I'm glad this was the book I chose when I stepped outside of my comfort zone. I'll be reading more books written by April Floyd!
