    1. Love love love the characters. Not so sure about the plot, and it's a rather american story. But I love love love the characters, so I'm good.

    2. I'm gonna review this issue as if it represents both issues in thismini-mini-series? What do you call it when a writer gets 40-odd pages to start and finish something with a character as obscure/unloved as Captain Britain?You call it "Ewing-izing" the story. You start off with a clever twist on the first act of the Iron Man movie (that gave all of us comics nerds a decade-long hard-on for Marvel and capes in general - if it lasts for more than four hours, please consult a doctor):And you add in [...]

    3. Lots of fun even though the whole concept of Battle World confuses me mightily (most of my other comics that I read haven't been caught up in the middle of that so far). But yay for more diversity and cool twists on characters.

    4. But Captain Britain isn't on the cover oh wait! SHE is! And this cover has lots of ladies! Much like the rest of the Secret Wars, it sets up something mildly interesting, but not particularly different. Still, I think I'll follow this one through.
