    1. This book isn’t really the kind of book I usually read. As you all know, I am a suspense and mystery freak, and a hopeless romantic chick, so this book is really a refresher. So when the author Ian Thomas Malone emailed me about this book, my first impression on its cover is “boring”. Sorry, I know I shouldn’t have judge the book by its cover, but dang! I just can’t stop myself from feeling that way. But after reading all those positive feedback about the story, I changed my mind. I mu [...]

    2. More of a 3.5/5.Five College Dialogues is a set of -you guessed it- five dialogues about college life. The story’s main character is George “The Chief” Tecce, a young graduate student working as a teacher’s assistant in the english department. The story follows his various interactions with students and faculty as they all deal with all too real dilemmas like the logistics of getting into upperclassmen parties, striking a balance between overachieving and failing, hook-up culture and the [...]

    3. The third book published this year for budding author, Ian Thomas Malone, and from the looks of just the cover, it would not be a usual pick up for me. To me it looked like it would be about a young guy getting with a cougar with a hint of Fifty Shades of Grey, but Malone doesn’t seem like the type of person who would write something like that, so of course I read it!What can I say about the main character, Nathan? He is certainly a well-rounded individual with the numerous interests and hobbi [...]

    4. Ian Thomas Malone is an extremely intelligent young man who has written what every college freshman should read. Looking back on my college days, I remember so many times when someone like Chief helped me understand the 'brave new world' I would come to experience. All aspects of college life are discussed and examined with Mr. Malone's keen eye.I thoroughly enjoyed the moments of humor, exchange of ideas, and insights gained in each of the dialogues.Congratulations! 5 stars.

    5. I loved Lambros! I am so the professor, which now makes me feel like 500 years old. But each dialogue was done very well, some shine better than others and it's philosophy so you have to be in the mood for it, but totally worth the read.
