    1. This is an excellent book for anyone who is interested in running a positive organization. This textbook can be somewhat academically written thus making it hard to read. However, I highly recommend it for any leader. It promotes positive workplace activities. Each chapter analyzes research on subjects such as fun, gratitude, compassion and positivity in the workplace.
