    1. An interesting read, but too light on the info from his early years and personal life. It left me wanting a lot more, especially after reading the highly detailed Favre book “Gunslinger”

    3. A pleasant read with a lot of good pictures. It's competently written in a newspaperman's style; in fact, it feels like a set of newspaper articles. It covers Rodgers from high school in California through to his Super Bowl XLV victory. It doesn't dig all that deeply, but for what it is, it was an enjoyable book.

    4. Good read for sports fans or for anyone who likes underdog stories. Reminds of Michael Jordan or Mike Piazza-type stories: Never count out the ones who don't make it the first time.
