    1. If you truly want to change your life in 30-days, then I highly suggest this book! It was so amazing and life-changing for me, that I am now on to Rhonda’s book Fearless Living. For me, Change Your Life in 30 Days was so inspiring and well written that I couldn’t put it down. The author, Rhonda Britten, made me feel as though she was coaching me one-on-one each and every day. It does take a heartfelt commitment but if you are willing, your rewards are endless. For me, I can say I truly had t [...]

    2. A great day by day journey to gaining the life you want by practical exercises and adjustments you can make on a daily basis.

    3. This was a book originally given to my sister by my father but was curious what the book was about. She starts in day 1 that in the beginning we need to learn to say no, create boundaries, give up on people pleasing, releasing false friends and make new ones. I've read this in a similar book before but did have to learn how to say no and able to release false friends, since I rarely have them any way. Ultimately, it is about changing your life to find your true self. Day 2 is about filtering the [...]

    4. Highlights:1. Being vulnerable means you have to ask for help by being specific.2. Change isn’t measured by the rate of change, but by the permanence of continual growth.3. Learning to be grateful in the moment will open your eyes to a world that is more loving, giving, and hopeful than you previously imagined. It will give you the courage to keep facing your fears.4. Being true to yourself takes a willingness to be fearless.5. We must trust ourselves if we are ever going to be happy with our [...]

    5. I listened to this book on CD in my car. Rhonda had so many great insights and questions to ponder, but I didn't have the chance to go through the program as she meant for the reader/listener to go through it. I would definitely recommend reading the book and going though it day by day as she suggests.

    6. This book gave me a lot of ideas to being more true to myself. Sometimes I think I lose myself because I stay at home and take care of my kids all day every day, but that doesn't need to be the case. I can still be the person I want to be and do the things I want to do while still being there for my kids and meeting all of their needs.

    7. Overall, I didn't feel this book asked the right questions to really change your life. The journey of life has many answers and memories, but the 30 day journey just didn't touch enough on how to get over the past and focus on the future.

    8. This book contends that you can change what hampers your life in a month. While i enjoyed reading the book, i didn't end up putting it into practice.

    9. Love her story, how she writes, and how she nails big concepts on the head. Not very realistic to change your life in 30 daysbut maybe change how you think.

    10. I am learning SO much from this book, it really challenges and pushes you if you are willing to do the exercises in it. I'm on Day 19 and amazed at the difference it is making.
