    1. I wanted to give this 4.5 stars—progression and sentence structure was a bit uninspired verging on boring at times ("They got these bad guys. Then they got these other bad guys.")—but it was more better than bad, hence 5 happily attributed stars. ;-)I would have liked to have known more details of some of the feuds and political events Hughes was involved in, more about his lady love, and about his political views and how they were shaped, but I recognize the paucity of historical evidence f [...]
